Frequently Asked Questions
- Are you trained to administer medications and recognize health problems?
- Yes. I work as a technician at a veterinary clinic here in Southern Maine, and along with this position comes much responsibility with training, education, and experience. Your pet is in excellent hands!
- Would you recommend bathing a cat?
- Only if the cat is too obese to clean itself, has an unthrifty coat, or is developing a skin issue from a lack of cleanliness.
- Do you do payment arrangements for services?
- I cannot accept payment arrangements due to the nature of the services provided. My time and expenses are stretched among many clients, making it a necessity for payments to be rendered, in full, for services provided.
- When do you expect payments?
- Within 5 days of the last day of service. For example, if my last visit was Saturday morning, I would expect payments to reach me by the following Thursday. I now offer online payments through a secured server for your convenience.
- Can I check on my pet?
- Yes, you may have to leave a message if I am working or caring for pets, but I will return phone calls and e-mails promptly.
